Hours of Operation
We are open weekdays from 9am to 5pm, closing for lunch
between 12pm and 1pm. We are closed weekends and
holidays.
Onsite Lab Hours
Holistic now has a lab onsite (2nd floor)for the convenience
of our patients.
Monday & Friday: 9am - 5pm (closed
12pm-1pm)
Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday: 7am - 3:30pm (closed 12pm-1pm)
Payment for Services
If you have insurance, you must bring your card to each
visit along with any applicable co-pay amount.

We accept cash, check, Visa or Mastercard.
Requesting Your Prescriptions
Please be advised that we require at least 72 hours notice for
requests to be processed and approved by your provider. For
mail-away pharmacies, please allow at least 14 days notice
before you are due to run out.
